2. Refund Policy

When purchasing goods from HIVEFIVE, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable distance selling law. This means that the customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the day the customer or the customer's representative received the ordered item (withdrawal period).

Return & Refund:

You are always welcome to return a package from the day you place the order until 14 days after receiving your ordered items. For returns, the products should be undamaged in their original packaging. The product should be returned complete, meaning no component should be missing at the time of return. HIVEFIVE will refund all payments from you regarding the return, including the cost of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel your order. We will use the same payment method you used for your order. For Swish payments, however, the refund will be made via bank transfer. The refund will not incur any additional charges for you. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof that you have sent the items back, whichever occurs first. The return shipment should include a completed return form that you can find here. When sending back the package, it should be posted either in the same packaging it was received in or a similar alternative (e.g., an envelope). We recommend sending the package from service points or mailboxes, where the shipment is franked with stamps. The customer pays the shipping cost for returns and is responsible for ensuring the package arrives undamaged. Contact our customer service if you have any questions or wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Warranty:

If the goods you have purchased are defective, HIVEFIVE applies the applicable consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damages that have occurred during transport, inform us as soon as possible. In this case, we will replace the damaged goods and provide free shipping for the customer.

3. Shipping Policy

When you shop at HIVEFIVE, you get free shipping on orders over 445 SEK. Free shipping means that the standard shipping cost is 0 SEK regardless of which product(s) you order, as long as the order value exceeds 445 SEK at the time of ordering. The delivery time for letters and parcels is between 1-3 working days. Orders valued under 445 SEK cost 49 SEK in shipping.
